On Tuesday- our Lettuces, bok choy, cabbage and broccoli plants looked magnificent!
And on Saturday, we had our first harvest and made our first delivery of the season to the Lexington Food Pantry.
Over 19 pounds of bok choy, asparagus, scallions, rhubarb, chives, tatsoi, red leaf lettuce, garlic chives and mint were loaded up and delivered to the Food Pantry.
